a) I have chosen this picture of a corgi, because I am a dog person. I do believe that dogs are men's best friends. Corgis are my favourite breed of dog. I think that they are the cutest. Unfortunately, I don't have a corgi yet. Nevertheless, I want to buy one in the future when I will have my own apartment and money so I can give this dog the treatment it deserves. Owning a dog or any other animal, for that matter, is a great responsibility. 



b)  The clip I'd like to share with you is Accent Expert Breaks Down 6 Fictional Languages From Film & TV by WIRED. I have chosen this video, because it's one of my favourites. I enjoy it so much, because it involves several topics that are interesting to me. Firstly, it is about languages, their structure and phonetics. Erik Singer explains how fictional langauges are created, their similarities and diffrences with natural languages. Secondly, the video includes fantasy and sci-fi fiction and their adaptations. There are some clips from TV-shows and films, such as Game of Thrones. I really like this show and the languages spoken by the characters. I would recommend you to watch other videos with Erik Singer as he is very good at explaining complicated linguistic terms. Besides, the examples he provides are taken from popular culture, so the videos are very entertaining.

Youtube is a platform with lots of different videos. I think that this site is great for different creators, artists, musicians and other people to share not only their thoughts and opinions but also their creative works. So, I'd like to share one of my favourite music videos on Youtube. It is a music video for Jackson Wang's song called 'Dway' ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y-0y5nUtT80 ). Jackson Wang is one of my favourite musicians. What I particulary like about this music video is the visuals. They combine modern and traditional Chinese cultures in the most stylish way. The video is dynamic and has a lot of different locations. It's also very colourful, which makes it eye-catching. Besides, I enjoy the song itself. Ding. The lift doors open. Cheryl steps into the cabin and gives a smile to a very handsome man. He smiles back. Although it's the ir first meeting, Cheryl knows this man all too well. It's  James  Adams, the CEO of N Corporation, one of the most rich people in the city. He is her new victim. She believes the rich should share their money with the poor. She thinks of herself as a modern Robin Hood.  'Good evening, Mr. Adams,' says Cheryl flirtatiously. 'Have we met before?' he muses out loud.  'Not exactly. Today was the first day of my internship.' 'And how was it?' asks Mr.Adams. 'It was a bit challenging, but I feel like I'm in the right place.' He hums in agreement. 'Good for you,' he says and slightly touches her flaming red hair. 'I hope we will see each other more often.' The view of a penthouse is breathtaking. Cheryl sips on her wine. Mr. Adams sits in front of her. They sit in silence.

Text and Voice Messages

The topic of voice and text messages is widely discussed nowadays. There are people who support voice messages over text ones. And then there are other people who think that voice messaging is impolite or even rude. Obviously, both text and voice messages have differences, they have their own advantages and disadvantages. First of all, voice messages seem more convenient to send. You don't have to spend time typing, you just have to press one or two buttons. Besides, sending voice messages may save someone's life. A lot of drivers, even though it's against the law, type messages while driving. Now that they can send voice messages, they don't need to look at the screen, so it makes the situation on the roads safer. On the contrary, voice massages may not be as convenient to the receiver.
