Resources for Studying English

Today I'd like to share with you my favourite resource for studying English. It is called TED Ed. There are two ways to work with this site. The first one is logging in as a student, the second one is logging in as an educator. The second option is for those who want to share their ideas, lessons, materials, etc. I don't really use this option, I prefer logging in as a student. The site provides students with various educational videos on different topics. All the videos are in English, so while you learn something new about a specific topic you also practice your listening skills. Besides, you can enrich your vocabulary. After watching a video users can answer questions provided by the creator, thus they can check whether they've understood the information correctly. If you are very interested in the topic you can start a disscussion. This way you can also practice your writing skills and communicate with other students all around the world. I would definitely recommend this resource to everyone who studies English. You can also download this resource in an app-form and be able to use it on your phone anytime.

    I'm sorry but I didn't find any works you had to submit after this one. Is there some problem with completing the tasks? If yes, you should have got in touch with me as soon as you realized that smth is not clear and you need help. Let's discuss it in class today

Youtube is a platform with lots of different videos. I think that this site is great for different creators, artists, musicians and other people to share not only their thoughts and opinions but also their creative works. Flaming Red

Ding. The lift doors open. Cheryl steps into the cabin and gives a smile to a very handsome man. He smiles back. Although it's the ir first meeting, Cheryl knows this man all too well. It's  James  Adams, the CEO of N Corporation, one of the most rich people in the city. He is her new victim. She believes the rich should share their money with the poor. She thinks of herself as a modern Robin Hood.  'Good evening, Mr. Adams,' says Cheryl flirtatiously. 'Have we met before?' he muses out loud.  'Not exactly. Today was the first day of my internship.' 'And how was it?' asks Mr.Adams. 'It was a bit challenging, but I feel like I'm in the right place.' He hums in agreement. 'Good for you,' he says and slightly touches her flaming red hair. Text and Voice Messages

The topic of voice and text messages is widely discussed nowadays. There are people who support voice messages over text ones. And then there are other people who think that voice messaging is impolite or even rude. Obviously, both text and voice messages have differences, they have their own advantages and disadvantages. First of all, voice messages seem more convenient to send. You don't have to spend time typing, you just have to press one or two buttons. Besides, sending voice messages may save someone's life. A lot of drivers, even though it's against the law, type messages while driving. Now that they can send voice messages, they don't need to look at the screen, so it makes the situation on the roads safer. On the contrary, voice massages may not be as convenient to the receiver.
